    We always stop by here when we are in the area. It was one of the old guards from when there wasn't a lot of boba places around. Milkteas have been consistent and have always taste full bodied and good. They have upgraded their furniture. I remember during covid they totally removed indoor seating. Now they have made it cozy again. We always to go the bottles milk teas. Staff are always friendly.

    I frequently visit this boba place to pick up drinks, and I must say, the tea is incredibly aromatic and flavorful. Every sip is a delight! However, I do find the price quite expensive, with each drink costing almost $8. Additionally, they tend to put a lot of ice in the drinks. I hope they'll consider giving us less ice in the future to make the experience even better.

    After the first time I was sure I wouldn't be back but I was introduced to their peach green tea and I've been hooked! Everytime I'm back in Houston, I gotta buy at least one or two of them to satisfy the craving but it's never enough! Kinda glad I don't have a car this week in Houston because I'm sure I would spend all my money here. I do recommend all my friends to come to JTea for the peach tea. I do tell them that they don't adjust the sugar for the peach tea unfortunately. I was told it's premade so that's why but just let the ice melt a bit and it's good! They have seats again so perfect to sit and chat with friends while sipping on a nice cool peach tea!
